The Dubai International Marine Club has released the results from Round One of the United Arab Emirates 2016 Championship. The next round is January 30.
The DIMC is famous for putting on some great events with top level accommodations and amenities. Well staffed with equally well produced course designs, competitions in Dubai take place within eyesight of some of the world's most famous contemporary landmarks.
The turnout at UAE races has been on an upward swing. Nearly 70 competitors joined the following competition categories: Freestyle, Expert Ski Limited, Pro Runabout, Stock, Pro Ski, Junior Ski, and Expert Runabout Stock. The following was the breakdown of international participation:
The host country outnumbered neighboring Kuwait by just one competitor, totaling 45 between the two.
