A fun cool treat is coming to the shores of Red Rock Waterside where the 2026 Short Block Technologies will be happening October 3-11.  Rolled ice cream will be available during the Young Guns program on Sunday the 4th and rolling, no pun intended, through practice and the rest of the week.  Please see a sample menu below and be aware that if we get a couple of hot days, rolled ice cream will be there to cool you off!!
