This is information for RV SPOTS & HOTEL INFORMATION ONLY.
 
Information for registration will be coming shortly. Get your RV spots reserved if you want to camp at the race site.
 
--RV spots will be available at a special racer rate as follows:
 
RV spots are available at Crown Point @ $450.00 each. You can arrive Thursday, September 11th, 2025, at 10am and must be out by 7:30am Monday, September 15th, 2025.
 
RV spots do not include any additional event wristbands or parking passes and are only available through the Bayfair race office. You will receive a certain number of wristbands with your race entry. These details will be released shortly.
 
Reservations for RV spaces must be made in advance by contacting Robin at (858) 578-0884 or by e-mail at bayfair@daviesec.com. Be sure to use the RV reservations code BOW25. You will have to read and sign RV Rules & Guidelines.
 
Placards for golfcarts, ATV’s or UTV’s MUST be reserved in advance with Robin and proof of insurance on the vehicle WILL BE REQUIRED to be operated at the race site.

--For HOTEL Reservations - Wyndham Sea World (adjacent to Mission Bay).
 
We also have a block of rooms set aside at the Wyndham SeaWorld, located about 5 minutes from the race site. The rooms are between $132.10 and $146.78 depending on the duration of your stay, per night for a standard room, there is a discounted rate of $10.00 per night for parking.
 
RESERVATION METHOD
 
Individual reservations can be made by calling 1-866-269-8927 (24 hours a day). For individuals to receive the established Group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the Group 091025SAN initially when making the reservation. All reservations are 1st come, 1st served and rooms are limited. 
 
Please note: The Hotel maintains a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy for individual guest room reservations.
