WARNER NOW THE ALL TIME WINNER WITH 5 WINS AT THE JETTRIBE LB2CAT

Jettribe spoke with Ross Wallach of Rpm Racing on how the LB2CAT went this past weekend:

Craig Warner did it!!! With a time of 57 minutes and 17 seconds. The defending IJSBA PWC Offshore Endurance National Champion, Craig Warner, #7 Monster Energy, Kawasaki, PwcOffshore.com sponsored rider from Ackworth, GA has reached a milestone that no other Offshore PWC Racer has achieved with his 5th Overall win at the The 2014 Jettribe Long Beach To Catalina & Back IJSBA National Offshore Championships presented by Sea-Doo, Sea-Tow, Hot Products, Hydro-Turf, Oakley, Jet Re-Nu, Kawasaki, Watercraft Journal.com, Pro Rider Magazine &www.PWCOffshore.com.

Today's win marks a new chapter in Offshore Endurance PWC Racing as there is only one 5 time winner. In 2013, Warner tied Hall of Fame inductee, Billy Womack, the previous holder of 4 wins of the prestigous IJSBA National Championship race. Today after he picked up the checkered flag for another back to back win, Warner solidified himself as the greatest PWC Offshore Endurance racer of all time. Second place went to veteran podium finisher and fellow PWCOFFSHORE.COM team rider, K.C. Heidler, #2 Tom's Truck Center, PWCOFFSHORE.COM of Irvine, CA. 3rd Place overall went to Minoru Kanamori on the #600 Mfg. Stock class Kawasaki from Rowland Heights, CA

The near flat conditions of the Pacific Ocean helped set the stage for an all out assault by the 32 racers that took the start. The racers stormed out Queen Gate on their way to the turn boat some 26 miles across the channel with wide open throttles. Today's event saw 6 women take up the challenge with 1st time rider Brittany Marker # 22 Oceanside, CA riding a Kawasaki Ultra taking the Women's Division trophy presented by PWCOFFSHORE.COM. Several husband and wife racers competed against each other adding to the excitement of the race – Evelyn Mangan #69 Phoenix, AZ outlasted husband Jonathan ‪#69X Phoenix AZ and Brittany and Curtis Marker #22 and 24 respectively from Oceanside, CA along with the international contingent of Mike Klippenstein #212 Yam from Ft. MacMurray, Alberta, Canada and the Australian Offshore Endurance National Champion, Christian D'agostin, ‪#11A from Queensland making the trek to compete in the prestigious National Championship race. In the end the racers enjoyed this annual event and the race proved why it is the "Grand Daddy" of all PWC Offshore Endurance Races!

Congratulations to everyone that participated, their crews and families that supported them in their efforts!
