What an incredible weekend of racing we saw last weekend at the Jettribe Best of the West Rounds 3&4. Over 180 racers converged on the Colorado River at Parker, AZ. This is the most racers we have seen at a race in a very long time, other than World Finals. It was the largest race in USA! There were racers from all over the world including Japan, Brazil, Czech Republic, Canada and more. Ross Wallach of RPM Racing couldn't have been happier. Frankly, neither could we here at Jettribe.
We started out on Friday with set up in 105 degree heat. By Saturday temperatures reached to about 110 in the shade. Jettribe crew member Derek Correll was definitely feeling the effects of the heat and finally wet his shirt to put on his head to cool himself down. However, the heat didn't seem to affect these extremely talented racers as they all raced their hearts out. It was so nice to see almost all the race lines full!!!
Congrats to Jettribe Team riders Brock Austin, Renee Hill, Tyler Hill, Brent and Kyle Disney, Reese Maricich, Charles Anderson, Charles and Anne Sims, Guy Vinatieri, Chris Haggestand Freestyle Riders Vac Zacek and Kelly Hieke. Almost everyone of these team riders made it on the podium!!!! We couldn't be more proud of our Team!!!
