Jet Ski And Powerboat Association Of Serbia Releases End Of Season Report

The Jetski and Powerboat Association of Serbia is not only IJSBA's sanctioned promoter in Serbia but the principals behind it are some of the most passionate persons in PWC Racing. Being able to compete on the beautiful Danube River is a truly enviable experience. Please see their official season report and podium finishers below:

Shortly after the participation of our competitors in the first WGP#1 race in Bulgaria (July 25^th), at the beautiful location of the international river Danube in Golubac, which, on its course from its source at the foot of the Black Forest in Germany, to its confluence with the Black Sea in Romania, reaches its greatest width of over 6 km in Serbia and the town of Golubac. This place, also called the "Serbian Sea", full of history and tradition with the impressing Golubac Fortress in the background, is also the place where river becomes the state border between Serbia and Romania.

The second and third races were held on the Sava River, near Belgrade (August 8-9^th), a location known for the numerous competitions that have been held at the same place more than a decade.
The competition was held in several racing classes, with the competitors from 11 jet ski clubs that are the members of the Jet Ski and Powerboat Association of Serbia. During the organization of this year National Championship, we faced with a very difficult conditions at the race site, due to very low water level and difficult access to the water from launching ramp.
