IJSBA is pleased to remind competitors that one of the most exciting and well attended races will be happening, this weekend, at the Blue Water Resort and Casino in Parker Arizona.  Just down the Colorado River from the World Finals location, this event usually is an indicator of how prepared a competitor is to be a World Champion.  Here is the official press release below:

RETURN TO PARKER, ARIZONA ON May 6TH & 7TH!

 

For the past 12 year in May, the tranquil beach at Blue Water Resort and Casino will once again be transformed to host some of the fastest and tightest “closed course” personal watercraft racing in the nation.  The Blue Water Resort & Casino, which is the host and the title sponsor for the event in Parker, Arizona, will see some of the best closed course racers and teams participating in the sports IJSBA sanctioned Jettribe “Western States Nationals” Rounds 3 & 4 of the Jettribe “Best of the West” series for 2017. Over 130 racers and “freestyle” acrobatic riders are expected to attend the event to compete with some of the biggest names in the sport   The challenging rough waters of the Colorado River can give even the most seasoned veteran a run for his or her money.  

 

The action both on and off the water is going to be intense with all riders vying for victory and share of the purse.  The Western States Nationals event is great opportunity for the fans to get up close and personal with all the racers.  It is going to be an event not to be missed, so make your plans today to be a part of the all the action at the Bluewater Resort & Casino.  Racing starts at 10 am on Saturday and 9:00 am on Sunday.

 

Admission is free!  Please park in the resort parking lot as the pit area will be closed off for general parking.
