That Trenton Rotary Roar on the River packs a weekend full of excitement for IJSBA Freestyle Riders on July 15-17 at the beautiful Elizabeth Park in Trenton Michigan. The event kicks off with the margarita filled “Taste of the Race," where fans can meet USA freestyle riders get a preview of the action under the backdrop 30 Downriver Detroit area restaurants serving samples of their best menu items and a concert buy “Your generation”.
On Saturday the 66th running of the PNC “Roar on the River” will start the morning with a live TV interviews and move to afternoon opportunities to showcase skills in front of large crowds on the boardwalk between boat racing heats. On Saturday evening there will be a USA Freestyle Championship in conjunction with “Cheers and Beers” music festival with riders in clear visibility to the concert goers.
When the skis are put away freestyle riders can be treated to VIP status at the event and enjoy the park. Sunday will feature more opportunities for media interviews and freestyle between boat heats in front of the largest crowds of the weekend.
