Press Release: Successful 2025 WCWA Watercross Tour
The 2025 Western Canadian Watercross Association (WCWA) Tour has officially concluded, marking a successful season that brought together riders of all skill levels. From experienced professionals to first-time competitors, athletes took to the water to race and compete in freestyle, making for a great season of watercross.
The tour, held at multiple scenic lakes across Alberta, Canada, saw plenty of intense racing. The introduction of new race venues helped keep things fresh, while also attracting a larger crowds to share the excitement of watercross racing. With categories for Ski, Runabout and Freestyle in varying levels including Pro Amateur, Novice, and Beginner options, the WCWA provided opportunities for riders of all types to take part.
Beyond the racing, each event offered a variety of activities for fans, including sponsor supported prizes and merch tents, music, and other family-friendly entertainment.
The WCWA reflects on its growth, positive community response, and the memorable moments shared by riders and fans alike. We thank all our sponsors and look forward to continue for 2026.
