H2X Racing Promotions is pleased to announce the return of the Hydro-Turf US HydroDrag Nationals in Polk City, Florida, on July 9-10.  This race site has been a favorite for racers and spectators, since its inception in 2011.  This year, the event will feature HydroDrag Racing, Speed Alley (radar runs), Freestyle, and Eco Reco Scooter Racing…all filmed for the new channel, Surf and Turf TV!  This year, the event is sanctioned by the International Jet Sports Boating Assn., of Half Moon Bay, CA, and will be presented by Greenhulk.net, RIVA Racing, Dean’s Team, Yamaha, Sea Doo, Fizzle Intercoolers, Ross Nemo Racing, Ben’s Performance, and MVP Productions.
The racing action will begin on Saturday morning following practice for all Classes at approximately 11am and begin with HydroDrag qualifying in the following Classes (Junior, Stock, Spec, Superstock), down to the Semi-Finals but the Unlimited Class, which will practice on Saturday only, however, will qualify on Sunday.  There will also be a Freestyle Show at 1pm each day, featuring Jason Stoyer and Chris Langlais.  Speed Alley will be held on Sunday morning at 9:30am for all Classes, followed by all Semi-Finals, Freestyle, and then all of the Unlimited Class races.
Late registration and check-in will be held Friday from 5pm-6pm and Saturday morning on site from 8am-9am.  The pits will open at 2pm on Friday.  Admission to the event is $20 for a weekend pass, or $15 per day with Pit parking available to the public for $10 per day as long as it lasts, and free parking provided on the South side of Lake Grew.  Spectators are encouraged to bring their own seating and NO GLASS bottles are allowed this year for safety reasons.  Info can be found on the Surf and Turf Promotions Facebook page and racers may register online at surfandturfpromotions.com.  Rules may be downloaded at IJSBA.com.  Come out and watch the fastest racers in the World do battle for the IJSBA sanctioned National HydroDrag Championships!  This race is co-sponsored by Jet Pilot and Blowsion.
