Great Lakes Watercross Releases 2022 Competition Schedule

IJSBA is pleased to share the schedule from Great Lakes Watercross for the 2022 competition season which includes a collaboration with P1-AquaX. Please see their official press release below:

Happy Holidays Watercross Race Family!

Whether you are a new sponsor added this year, or a returning sponsor from last year, Great Lakes Watercross would like to thank you for your dedicated support and partnership for the 2022 season! Our tour grew exponentially in 2021 and we give all the thanks to our sponsors for that growth.

We are very excited to announce we are releasing our 2022 Schedule to the public on December 25th! Merry Christmas!

This year we will be holding 6 rounds of racing which will begin and end at one of our racer favorite locations, the Lure Bar & Grill in Rome, WI. We will be having events in Racine and Kenosha, WI where we will include a "Freestyle Fest" competition bringing some of the best freestyle competitors in the country! Also, we are very excited to partner with P1 AquaX to host closed course racing alongside two of P1's world class pwc endurance events! With this schedule, we will have 3 events on Lake Michigan, and 3 events on inland lakes. This will offer a good variation of potentially very different water conditions for each event.

We are working on planning a national event mid-September near Indianapolis. The details on that event are not yet confirmed, and that event will be a stand alone event, meaning it will not be part of the 2022 Great Lakes Watercross Series/Points. Additional details on this event will be shared once they are confirmed.
