Jim Russell, the event producer of the 2013 Mark Hahn 300, has sent us the first picture of this year’s competition. This shot of the race site comes at the conclusion of set up and came with this this quote, from Jim, in the email:
“finish line set. transponders tested. rain over. lets race.”
