BRP will be wrapping up the 2006 Sea-Doo® 4X Bounty racer contingency program with the Chase for the Booty competition at the IJSBA (International Jet Sport Boating Association) World Finals in Lake Havasu City, AZ.
The Sea-Doo 4X Bounty program rewards Sea‑Doo watercraft mounted racers with contingency funds when finishing in the top three of specific classes and multiplies those funds by four if that racer successfully competes on a 4-TEC® powered Sea-Doo watercraft. The top eight program money winners from the 2006 season are being invited to compete in a special competition utilizing a new 2007 Sea‑Doo RXP™ watercraft with the fastest rider leaving with the 2006 Bounty, a $4000.00 cash prize.
BRP will be on site at the World Finals - taking place October 2nd – 8th at Crazy Horse Campgrounds - with a complete display of the their 2007 line of Sea-Doo watercraft at the Sea-Doo Galleon area. Those interested in purchasing a new Sea-Doo watercraft can take a test ride at the Sea-Doo Demo Days event taking place next to the race site on Friday, October 6, and Saturday October 7th.
The Sea-Doo Galleon area will be filled with swash buckling fun during the weekend with numerous activities for race fans of all ages. Be sure to visit the Sea-Doo Galleon for prizes and giveaways, and to see the 2006 Sea‑Doo Bounty treasure chest filled with the grand prize booty of $4000.00.
The Chase for the Booty competition pits the top eight money winners of the 2006 program against the clock on a Sea-Doo RXP watercraft. Each competitor will ride the same watercraft in attempt to post the fastest one lap time. Qualifying will take place the afternoon of Friday, October 6th with the fastest four transferring to the final event on Sunday, October 8th. The winner will be crowned the 2006 Sea-Doo 4X Bounty champion and leave port $4000.00 richer.
The Sea-Doo 4X Bounty racer support program is designed to reward those racers who represent themselves and the Sea-Doo brand by successfully finishing in the top three spots while piloting a Sea-Doo watercraft. BRP is a proud supporter of grass roots racing efforts, promoting fun and competition. BRP is the largest supporter of watercraft racing, racers, and the families who travel from race to race to support their watercross heros.
