Last weekend our Belgian BJBF team had their last race before heading to Nysa, Poland for our annual IJSBA Jettribe Jetski European Championship.
The race that took place at the Lac de L'eau d'Heure in Belgium was the 3th race of our Belgian Championship. We will have one more race in August. On Saturday our annual drag and slalom race took place. lots of riders, sun and lots of competition between the riders. We all spent a great day and evening! Sunday was also a great day with lots of sun and good competition. Our Sea-doo Spark category, one of the biggest at our championship, had 10 pilots and was won by Bart Meurrens. Quinten Vandenbossche #98 who will also compete in Nysa, Poland won the Lites category with ease. Lots of our Belgian riders will compete at our championship in Poland. They will be leaving Belgium and travel 1100 kilometers to compete at the biggest IJSBA event of Europe!
Our Belgium team has put a lot of effort in organizing this European Championship along with the IJSBA affiliation in Poland. We will have over 25+ nationalities and we hope to get as many as 200 entrees. Closed course Endurance and freestyle pilots will all compete to win that IJSBA EUROPEAN CHAMPION title .Nysa has a beautiful lake where our championship will be held. Sandy beaches, beautiful surroundings, a huge lake, a good organized team and a welcoming city are all the ingredients we have to make this event perfect.
Along with a few American pilots we welcome Dawn Dawson who will be our speaker and Scott Frazier to meet all our pilots and spent a great time along with us.
We will see you at Nysa !
