IJSBA is pleased to present the initial introduction of the 2026 Indonesian International Jetsports Grand Prix. This special event will offer world class hospitality, a generous prize purse, and most of all, some special support assistance for competitors who are participating in the 2026 Short Block Technologies World Finals. This event was rescheduled from August to December then the Kings Cup/Round 3 of the WGP1 World Series ws rescheduled from December 2026 to January 2027. This event will feature the ability for watercraft in transit to have a stopover event from World Finals to Kings Cup and to keep racers active during the winter. * The Indonesia Jetsports Boating Association (IJBA) has officially launched the Indonesia International Jetsports Grand Prix (IGP) 2026, which will be held from 2–6 December 2026 at Jetski Academy Indonesia, Ancol, Jakarta, Indonesia.
* IGP 2026 represents a major milestone in the advancement of jetsports in Indonesia and serves as the foundation for the Indonesia Jetsports World Series (IJWS), which is scheduled to debut in 2027.
The championship’s new branding and revised event schedule were adopted through a mutual agreement between the Indonesia Jetsports Boating Association (IJBA) and the International Jet Sports Boating Association (IJSBA). The decision aligns the event with the international jetsports racing calendar, enabling greater participation from athletes and teams around the world while further establishing Indonesia as a leading destination for world-class jetsports events.
