IJSBA is very pleased to announce the Anderson Powersports Go Lake Havasu Poker Run and PWC Fest registration will open on September 22. The poker run is presented by Bomber Eyewear and is hosted by the London Bridge Resort. This is the first poker run IJSBA has held in twenty years. The prize baskets are starting to fill up and the first wave of prizes are announced below. There will be three prize baskets for the best hand, second best hand, and third best hand drawn. There will also be assorted giveaway prizes.
The poker run will take place on Saturday, October 11. Check in and on site registration will be available Friday, October 10 and Saturday, October 11 at Anderson Powersports. Each participant gets a gift bag, access to the poker run, a parking pass for the Short Block World Finals, access to the draw party and catered taco dinner hosted by the London Bridge Resort just before the Under The Bridge Freestyle Show.
Participation for one person is $100. Each participant may add an additional participating passenger, for $75, which comes with additional gift bag, and taco dinner. Only 200 total participations will be sold so it is advisable to register early. There is one draw per participation. An individual may buy up to two additional passenger participants or simply use the additional participation registrations to draw two more hands.
Participants earn cards in their draw by visiting several stops on Lake Havasu and taking a selfie with the plaque or flag of the stop sponsor and then uploading that selfie to IJSBA's poker run social media. At the after party, a participant may draw a card for each successful selfie uploaded to the social media site. The deck will be reshuffled between draws.
