Jet Jam Racing offers a multi class discount for the Best of the West Series events.

Note: Pre-Registration discount ends Sunday, September 9th!! All entries received thereafter will be charged $25/class late fee. No late fees will be charged if entry form is received prior to Sept 9th if paying on-site!!

 

Time is running out to get qualified for the IJSBA World Finals. Only 2 more events left. In order to qualify for the World Finals, you must sign up and race two events. This counts as 2 events.

 

This is an IJSBA sanctioned event and a World Finals qualifier. IJSBA memberships can be purchased on-site (preferred method to maximize license-12 mos. from date of purchase).

Important Info for all Participants: Please read!!

 

Racer Check In:

ALL racers/families/crew members must check-in on Thursday starting at 11:00 am until 6:00 pm and or on Friday/Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. If you've pre-registered you still must check-in, sign the waivers and receive your credentials before entering race site.

Camping

Dry RV camping will be allowed from September 15-17 at $25 per night (with dump station/showers)

Fees

- Vehicle admission of $10 per vehicle to attend the event, walk Ins will pay a $3 fee,

 These are for each individual day

 

Pits/Parking  ALL VEHICLES SUBJECT TO LEGAL OPERATIONS OF THE STREET, NO PIT BIKES ALLOWED

- No motor vehicles allowed on the beach.

- No parking in the “FIRE LANES”.

- Parking Only in Designated Spaces

- Pit vehicles speed limit 5 MPH

- Parking Rules Strictly Enforced

 

Launching

- Launching with a vehicle can only occur at the PWC/Jet Boat Launch

 -There will be a fenced off designated launch area for ATVs. 

- Manual beach cart launching allowed off the lakeshore beach.

 

Riding

- Everyone must yield to all waterfowl

- Anyone that rides beyond the perimeter of the racecourse will be disqualified. “Sheriffs Dept.”

- No Excessive Riding/Freestyle

- Racecourse is closed at all times when active racing is not in progress.

- No Dogs allowed on white sand beach!

- All Dogs MUST be on a leash!

- Please Pickup After Your Animals!

 

Fuel: - No Fueling on Water (20ft from water)

All fuel must be stowed properly. If you are storing fuel in the back of your truck you may not back the truck over the water per the Coast Guard and EPA. Failure to comply will result in a fine or dq at the Coast Guard's discretion. All fuel barrel's and or fuel containers (ie: VP 5 gallon cans) must be removed by the owner at the end of the race weekend. All fuel barrel's/containers will be marked and if left the participant will forfeit all points/prize money, etc. (take your fuel cans/barrel's with you, please don't leave them).  All teams must have a current fire extinguisher.

9:00am-10:00am: Closed Course Practice

10:00am-12:00pm: Closed Course Racing

12:00pm-12:30pm: Lunch

12:30pm-5:00pm: Closed Course Racing

7:30am-8:00: Late Racer Registration
