IJSBA has received confirmation of the Junior Stars program for the 2018 Blowsion World Finals.  Please see the first press release regarding Junior Stars below:

 

A DAY WITH THE PROS

 

On Sunday September 30, 2018, from 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon at Crazy Horse Campgrounds A Day With The Pros will be held.  This year’s event will feature World Champion Chris MacClugage speaking on Nutrition and Hydration. Other classes will be on Sports Taping & Stretching and How to give an Informative and Confident Interview. This year also includes the favorite of the day, practicing starts on the actual World Championship starting line. The day finishes with giving out some amazing and very cool raffle prizes.

The event is open to all aspiring racers from the ages of 7-15. Each child receives a custom T-shirt and hat in a goody bag that is packed to the top with more stuff than the bulging bag can hardly hold. Racers must be checked by the Tech Staff who will be at the site.  Racers must be registered in the World Finals in order to practice starts. Racers should have their ski, helmet, life vest, gloves, back protector and scissor stand at the venue also.
